Different models and part numbers but same specifications and internal components.
Both models use the same PCB with the same components, PCB 1857 ver1, 1607502211. My units were manufactured 2017-2018 so please take in consideration that Bosch might have changed something if your PCB is older or newer.
Most common problems are in the primary side, main fault being FET and it’s driver transistor 2N3904.
None of my units had a bad Fuse, NTC or bridge diodes but it doesn’t mean that yours won’t, so definitely check them.
Charger uses F3NK80Z, N-channel 800 V, 3.6 Ω typ., 2.5 A SuperMESH Power MOSFET in a TO-220FP package.
I’ve tried to replace it with most common N-channel FTEs but almost non of them worked. Only replacement I had on hand that worked was: STP10NK80ZFP.
