First charger for Bosch green tools found it’s way on my bench.
SMD + through-hole components + Synchronous Rectification Driver for High Efficiency on secondary side.
On my unit, problems were as per usual primary side and secondary rectification FET.
There is no rectification diode on the secondary side, instead synchronous rectification driver (NCP4303A) is used for higher efficiency and less power dissipation. Chip is driving TK22E10N1 field effect transistor.
